T. Anthony products are accepted for credit or exchange if returned within 30 days of date of purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt. Refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit. Repairs that are necessary due to excessive wear or damage by a customer or a carrier are not covered by our guarantee and will be charged at cost.
